The Tavern by WS evokes a classic brasserie feel — warm, welcoming and engaging — and features
an approachable and contemporary menu, sourced from the same fresh and authentic local ingredients
used in the private membership club upstairs. Rooted in a classic American technique, Chef Eli Kaimeh,
formerly of Per Se and Gramercy Tavern, has created a menu where seasonality plays a prominent role.
The 60-seat dining area is easily accessed by the public on the street level of 37 Hudson Yards facing The Vessel.
